Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with Quebec consumer protection laws, you have a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the product to request an exchange or a refund if the product is defective or does not match its description.

Conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are covered by Maison Aurel S.E.N.C..

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization..
